Licensing & International Agents
To use our music you must get a licence. Our music is strictly not royalty-free. Our music may not be copied, distributed, broadcast or renamed in any way other than within the terms of our licence. Any unlicensed use of our music will be vigorously pursued.
How do I pay?
To get a licence from one of our agents you'll need to provide some information about each track you want to use. You'll find these details on the track download page and in the email which we send you automatically after each download. For each track used please make a note of:
- track title
- catalogue/album# (ie. PMOL001 etc)
- track#
- writer/composer(s)
- library name = Production Music Online
- usage for which you require a licence
- amount used in your production (mins, secs)

To immediately use our music Apply for your Licence Online. You'll be advised of the cost (for your particular usage) and when you've completed the form, you'll receive your licence, an invoice (via email) and payment instructions. The process is quite simple and fast. For further queries call PRS on 020 8378 7500
NB. New users at the PRS/MCPS website will need to register there before using the online licensing facility.
